Every Strela garment is designed, cut and sewn to order in our London studio.
From helping you choose the right size before you order to making sure the fit is exactly as it should be, we're here to support you every step of the way.
Whether you're ordering from London, New York or Sydney, you'll always know where your garment is and who to contact if you need help.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your piece to be made before it is dispatched from our studio.
The Strela Fit Promise
Finding clothing that fits a sighthound properly isn't always straightforward. Italian Greyhounds and Whippets have unique proportions, which is why every Strela garment is designed around dedicated breed-specific patterns rather than generic dog clothing.
If your garment doesn't fit as intended, we'll work with you to make it right. We'll ask for a few photographs, discuss the fit together and recommend the best solution.
Our goal isn't simply to send you a garment. It's to make something your dog genuinely enjoys wearing.
Shipping
All orders ship from London. Once your garment leaves the studio, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
- UK Orders: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked. Free delivery on orders over £75 across the UK.
- International Orders: Sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Please note that for international deliveries, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties or local taxes required by their country’s customs office.

If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to confirm whether we can ship to your location and provide an accurate shipping quote.
Exchanges & Returns
As each piece is tailored specifically to your order, we operate an exchange-only policy rather than offering refunds. We want you and your dog to love your Strela garment, so if the fit isn't perfect, we will work with you to find the right size. If something doesn't feel right, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or a store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, free of hair or marks, and returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

How long does it take to make my order?
Every garment is individually made in our London studio. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks before dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide using fully tracked delivery services. For a full list of countries we ship to, check the shipping section above.
What if I order the wrong size?
Get in touch as soon as your order arrives. We'll guide you through the next steps and help find the best solution.
What if the garment doesn't fit?
Our Fit Guarantee means we'll work with you to make the fit right. We'll ask for photographs, review the fit together and, where appropriate, remake the garment if it doesn't match the measurements originally provided.
Do I have to pay customs charges?
International customers may be charged import duties or local taxes depending on their country's regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price.
