Made to Order
Strela operates on a different rhythm than mass-market brands. To ensure a more precise fit and zero textile waste, every garment is cut and sewn in London only after your order is placed.
Please allow 1-3 weeks for your piece to be crafted before it is dispatched from our studio.
Shipping
All orders ship from London. Once your garment leaves the studio, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
- UK Orders: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked. Free delivery on orders over £75 across the UK.
- International Orders: Sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Please note that for international deliveries, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties or local taxes required by their country’s customs office.
Exchanges & Returns
As each piece is tailored specifically to your order, we operate an exchange-only policy rather than offering refunds. We want you and your dog to love your Strela garment, so if the fit isn't perfect, we will work with you to find the right size. If something doesn't feel right, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or a store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, free of hair or marks, and returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Measure Twice
We are here to help you get the fit right the first time. We recommend starting with our Size Guide, which explains how to capture the specific proportions of the sighthound silhouette.
If you are still unsure about a size or have questions about your dog's unique measurements, please reach out to us before placing your order. It is always better to check first than to guess, and we are happy to help you find the perfect match.
