Size & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
Start with our Size Guide. Focus primarily on the chest and back measurements, and if your dog sits between sizes, use chest as the main reference point.
What if my dog is between sizes?
Use the chest and back as your main reference points. We generally recommend avoiding excess fabric, so choosing the closer fit is usually better than sizing up too far.
Can you help me choose a size?
Absolutely. If you are unsure, email your dog’s measurements to strela@strelastudio.com and we will guide you toward the right fit.
My dog is not Italian Greyhound or Whippet, can it still fit into your clothes?
Our pieces are designed specifically for the sighthound silhouette. If your dog has comparable proportions, we are happy to take a look and advise, but the cut is optimised for the deep chest and slender frame of Italian Greyhounds and Whippets.
Can you make it to measure?
Each piece is developed within a size range to ensure consistency. However, we may be able to accommodate custom sizing for an additional fee. Please contact the studio at strela@strelastudio.com to discuss your dog's specific needs.
Ordering & Production
Are your pieces made to order?
Yes. To maintain a considered approach to production and zero textile waste, every garment is cut and sewn in London only after your order is placed.
How long does it take to make my order?
Please allow 1–3 weeks for your piece to be crafted. Because we don't pull from stock, each garment requires this time to be made individually and with intent.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can make changes or cancellations only if your order hasn't entered the production phase. Once the fabric has been cut, we can no longer make adjustments.
Where are your products manufactured?
Every single piece is designed, cut, and sewn in our London studio.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Where do you ship from?
All orders are dispatched directly from London.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide via tracked delivery services. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties or local taxes depending on your location, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
Do you accept returns?
Because each piece is tailored specifically to your order, we operate an exchange-only policy rather than offering refunds.
What if the size isn’t right?
We want the fit to be perfect. If it isn't quite right, we are happy to facilitate an exchange for a different size or store credit.
How do I arrange an exchange?
Email the studio at strela@strelastudio.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, free of hair or marks, and returned in their original condition.
