Refund policy

As each piece is tailored specifically to your order, we operate an exchange-only policy rather than offering refunds. We want you and your dog to love your Strela garment, so if the fit isn't perfect, we will work with you to find the right size. If something doesn't feel right, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or a store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, free of hair or marks, and returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
